Individual Therapy

I offer in-person therapy in the Sellwood neighborhood of SE Portland, and telehealth sessions throughout Oregon. 55-minute individual therapy sessions (virtual and/or in-person) are billed at a discounted private pay rate of $175, with payment due at the time of session by credit card.

Insurance

I am in-network with PacificSource and Moda, and I bill $190 to them directly for 55-minute sessions. For other insurance plans, I can provide you with a statement to seek partial reimbursement using out-of-network benefits. Please call your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility for out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $155 fee applies, regardless of insurance coverage. However, if you’re able to reschedule for another available time within the same calendar week, there is no charge.

I also offer each client a one-time courtesy pass for their first late cancel or no show, and I do my best to extend flexibility and understanding in true emergencies, such as an ER visit, car accident, or other unexpected crisis.
