Helping You Feel More Connected, Grounded, and at Home in Yourself
Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted from carrying responsibilities, managing expectations, and trying to keep everything together. Despite appearing capable on the outside, they often struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, people-pleasing, burnout, or a persistent feeling that they are never doing enough.
If this sounds familiar, it may be because certain parts of you have taken on the burden of protecting you from pain or vulnerability. These protective parts may show up as the caregiver, the perfectionist, or the inner critic.
The problem is not that these parts exist. The problem is what happens when they have to work too hard or take over your life. When the perfectionist is leading, you may feel constant pressure and fear of failure. When the inner critic is in charge, you may feel inadequate no matter how much you accomplish. When the caregiver takes over, your own needs may disappear beneath everyone else's. This can leave you feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected.
You are not broken.
You do not need to earn your worth, prove your value, or become someone different in order to deserve love, belonging, and compassion. You are already worthy exactly as you are.
Beneath the protective strategies, emotional wounds, and life experiences you've carried, there is a core self that is inherently whole, worthy, compassionate, and capable of healing. Even when anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, or people-pleasing have taken over, this core self remains present. Therapy can help you reconnect with it and strengthen its ability to guide your life.

My approach is not about getting rid of parts of yourself. Instead, we work toward understanding, accepting, and integrating all of your parts so they no longer have to fight for control.
