Who I Work With

My mission is to provide empathetic, strengths-based counseling tailored for those facing depression, anxiety, and overwhelming life changes. I will support you through critical life transitions—such as parenting, divorce, caregiving, and menopause—by focusing on empowering you in relationships, careers, and health. Together, we will create a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship where personal growth and authentic connection are most important. My goal is to help you gain a clear understanding of your values, interests, skills, strengths, and requirements for moving forward to live the fullest life you can imagine.

Our work together will focus on processing trauma, engaging in 'parts work,' connecting with the Self, fostering acceptance and self-compassion, enhancing emotional regulation and distress tolerance, and developing healthy coping skills.
